Account Executive at Cylance

This position sells Cylance’s products and services to small-to-medium sized businesses within their assigned territory.



    Drives Cylance’s goals and objectives through achieving a sales quota.
    Builds and manages a strategic sales pipeline through cold-prospecting into target companies in assigned territory.
    Upsells additional services and products within an assigned account module while also renewing the service contracts.
    Generates leads and utilizes Partner relationships to grow Cylance’s sales revenue.
    Qualifies new sales opportunities, runs demos, and contributes to Cylance’s sales events associated with conferences, trade shows and tours. 
    Stays up-to-date on the latest Cylance products and services, industry best practices, and customer needs; attends applicable training, conferences, and learns new tools as needed. 
    Learns and develops new skills quickly as needed. 
    Protects Cylance operations by keeping information confidential. 
    Performs other duties as assigned.  



    Five years minimum of related experience selling a cyber security software or SaaS application while being responsible for an independent quota, and/or other related experience.
    Bachelor’s or high level degree preferred; relevant experience can be substituted for educational degree. 



This position may utilize one or more of the following critical skills to complete tasks and to satisfy the essential responsibilities of this role: 
    Senior ability to be a critical thinker and problem solve to overcome challenges.
    Senior ability to generate leads over the phone. 
    Senior ability to provide excellent customer service.
    Ability to achieve a quota.
    Senior ability to build business relationships with partners from an inside sales environment.
    Senior knowledge of cyber security software, preferably in endpoint security.
    Effectively communicates in verbal and written form to various stakeholder’s who have differing levels of technical knowledge. 



The travel requirements are outlined below. These details are subject to change at any time. All travel expenses related to work with Cylance will be reimbursed per Cylance’s organizational travel and reimbursement policies.
    May be required to travel domestically and internationally.
