About This Position:

The VP, Global Operations & Enablement will oversee the support functions essential to sales force. This includes planning, reporting, assisting in quota setting and management, sales process optimization, creating internal business intelligence reports that track the health of the sales organization as well as our enterprise features/products..

The VP, Global Operations & Enablement is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.


  • Identify and evaluate trends and performance measured against sales targets and strategic initiatives
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems of a levels of complexity, prioritizing critical client issues and identifying department needs
  • Conduct sophisticated and analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and presentations
  • Strong technical, research, problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Expert in BI tools and CRM systems
  • Recommend and develop sales support initiative / Understanding of sales cycles/tools
  • Evaluate new and existing tools to help the sales team get the most value from software investments


  • Excellent data analytics skills
  • A deep understanding of sales operations with a minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience
  • Fluency in Excel required / Advanced Skills
  • Highly proficient using and managing Salesforce with 7+ years Salesforce experience
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Great Communication skills and the ability to take complex data and create a compelling story for a senior audience with clear actions and next steps
  • Proven leader with demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sales/marketing, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience working in sales, business or marketing operations, or business management and leading a team
