Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Full-cycle recruiting efforts on two fronts: roles that support our corporate infrastructure and roles that support the delivery of our construction services
  • Actively partnering with Recruiting Manager to improve candidate experience and refine recruiting process
  • Develop and deliver interviewer training to interview team
  • Shape Pro.com’s talent brand
  • Analyze and develop reporting metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • This is not an opportunity for someone with a year or two of recruiting experience.  This role demands expertise in full-cycle recruiting (either high volume or company in growth mode will be critical)
  • Demonstrated success in creative sourcing
  • Strong EQ - able to engage with a diverse candidate base with creativity and grace
  • History of excellent ATS hygiene
