Your responsibilities will be to help shape a roadmap for our clients that reinforces the value they receive from us, and delights them with new features and services. You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Client Services and Technology to ensure the roadmap delivers Chartbeat’s desired business outcomes.
We appreciate that Product Management is a multifaceted discipline, so are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate the qualities needed to lead, persuade and negotiate within a cross-functional environment, as well as the ability to be inquisitive and empathetic with our clients.
On a day to day basis, you will be running an Agile team of Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists to run an efficient cycle of researching, building and releasing products. There are therefore some practical skills we are looking for:
At least 2 years as a Product Manager
Strong technical understanding
Participation in the launch and incremental releases of several products
Experience with analytics products to understand feature usage and/or A/B testing
Experience partnering with Design and UX to research user needs
Demonstrable skills at Agile methodology and story writing
Experience leading a small team through negotiation and prioritization of user stories
Great communication skills. You are comfortable justifying and presenting your work to all, including executives
Exceptional Candidates will have:
P&L experience: some understanding of the dynamics of cost analysis and pricing will be helpful
Experience with Video or SaaS products
