Office Manager (Part-Time) at Front

We recently launched our EMEA Headquarters in Paris, and are growing at a tremendous pace (no office in January 2018 /on track for 25 people by the end of the year). To help us build an office aligned with our San Francisco Headquarters in terms of culture and quality of the working environment, we’re looking for a positive, do-it-all Office Manager, who enjoys supporting a fast-paced, dynamic office. 
 
As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone and the face of our office by ensuring that things are running smoothly and giving all guests a warm welcome. You will be part of our cross-functional team (Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Sales) building Front in Europe, and will work closely with our San Francisco team. Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure that the office is running smoothly and lead space planning (we are growing fast!)
    • Manage new hire onboarding, which includes creating their contracts, ordering and setting up workspace equipment, and serving as their point of contact for first day logistics
    • Assist the Recruiting team with administrative duties, such as printing and distributing resumes, ensuring meeting rooms are clean, and coordinating travel
    • Receptionist duties including answering the door and greeting guests, distributing mail and packages, and maintaining security of the office
    • Lead all event planning and manage event logistics for the Paris office
    • Work closely with the accounting team to manage expenses and ensure proper set up of new employees

Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in receptionist & office administration duties
    • Team player with a positive and proactive can-do attitude
    • Comfortable with new technologies and systems 
    • Organized, at ease with multitasking, and strong ability to prioritize
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in French & English
