What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will work closely with Product Management.
Sales Enablement Manager at Sisense is investigating, product updates, new releases and feature specifications. He/ She will communicate it to the global sales teams. The Ideal candidate is expected to identify challenges ahead of time and engineer the required training approach. As a Sales Enablement Manager you will be delivering technical sessions to non-technical audiences. We are looking for someone who is passionate about training and content development.
What will you do?
You will take part in training all sales functions in our global offices.
Develop training collateral - slides, exercises, role-play scripts, record and edit videos, record and edit voice-over, training guides and manuals etc.
Manage content, accessibility and reports on training portal (LMS)
Deliver training sessions - face to face & webinars
Coordinate training events with various teams and key people in the organization
You will be part of the growing Sales Enablement Team, reporting to Head of Sales Enablement.
What should you have?
B.A/B.Sc in Computer Science or any related field
Proven experience working with customers and partners
Proven technical hands-on experience with any of the following fields:
Setting up labs in cloud / on-premise
Installing applications on Win / Linux machines
Working with scripting languages (SQL, Python, JS)
Preferred industries: BI, Big Data, Security, Cyber, Cloud, Telecommunication
Experience delivering face to face training and webinars
Experience developing content (slides, workshop scripts & manuals)
Knowledge of LMS and dev tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) - optional
Dynamic and able to accommodate changes in our working environment, as well as to juggle between multiple tasks at the same time.
Excellent communication skills – able to communicate and interact with peers and partners, maintain responsiveness and serviceability.
Fluent English - must! Other languages – an advantage.
Willing to travel (up to 25%)
