What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced pre-sales manager who will lead a team of Pre Sales engineers and provide technical sales support to Sisense Account Executives by being the technical face of a global company. As part of the role, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of professionals, assessing customer requirements and develop propositions to meet those requirements.
What You’ll Do?
Build and lead a team of highly professional presales engineers
Mentorship and Coaching of team members in their sales cycles
Hands-on ownership and accountability of all technical evaluations
Investigate technical problems and diagnose root causes
Develop, design and propose solutions to meet technological and business needs for customers
Manage projects internally as well as externally
Provide reliable resolutions of critical and high impact problems for customers
Work with R&D and Product teams to meet customer requirements and improve our product
Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery
Take part in the creation and maintenance of our knowledge-base
Present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences, including presenting to c-level executives.
Provide strategic business intelligence consultancy
What should You have?
5+ years of experience in leading a presales teams
Proven Pre-sales experience of BI and Analytical solutions
Proven ability to develop clear understandings of clients’ strategic needs and to articulate them for delivery teams
Able to show initiative and lead others to a solution
Able to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment.
Operating with significant autonomy and latitude in meeting objectives and enacting change
Enthusiastic and able to motivate and inspire others, as both, a leader and a team player
Own the ability to effectively prioritize, delegate and deliver in a high-pressure environment
Resilient to approach challenging issues with a positive and fresh outlook
Willing to travel - up to 25%
Graduate in CS, Mathematics, statistics, Industrial and Management Engineering or any related field.
Nice to have
Experience with ETL and BI tools such as Informatica, SSIS, SSRS, BusinessObjects, Cognos, QlikView or Tableau
Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modelling concepts
