What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Customer Success Operations team and take part in managing Applications, Processes and Data of the Customers Success department. As a key team member on the growing Customer Success team, you will be work closely with Customer Success Managers, Support Team and BI Consultants to focused on our smooth operation.

Projects will be based on the team focus areas to ensure our performance improvement and to meet the team KPI’s.

The successful candidate will have a passion for operational excellence and execution.

What will you do?

Initiate and work with internal and external vendors to introduce improvements to the systems used by Customer Success teams, including: Gainsight, Salesforce and other homegrown applications.

Run reports and analysis over KPIs – such as: Churn, Customer Satisfaction, etc.
Guide and assist team members in processing renewals and other transactions.
Ensure customer data is well maintained and is up-to-date.
Oversee Sisense Customer’s Community
Requirements
What should you have?

2 years of experience in similar jobs (B2B)
B.A/BSc degree in areas of industrial engineering or computer science
Good familiarity with the CRM world – including Lead to Opportunity processes (Salesforce.com advantage)
Exceptional reporting and data analysis skills
Experience in working with end users to gather system requirements
Experience in transforming data into visual insights and building dashboards
Excellent Excel skills
Familiarity with SaaS business model
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A customer-oriented, collaborative and proactive attitude
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners
Flexibility (open to change) and ability to learn on the fly
Drive for results & high sense of urgency
Rigorous attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
