What you will be doing:

Ensure alignment of the Sales organization with cross-functional activities/priorities by working with the Finance & HR teams to support the overall GTM strategy.
Support weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company's growth trajectory
Support headcount and capacity planning to ensure we are in the best position to meet hiring and revenue targets
Develop an understanding of various selling and go-to market models and assist with translating this to day to day operations
Help optimize the sales organization, sales leadership, and sales ops experience in Salesforce and other systems.
Help to scale a best in class Customer Account Management team to continuously improve customer adoption, value realization, and net retention rates within our install base.
Assist in the execution of Sales Compensation and Quota Planning in tandem with relevant cross-functional partners
Help manage the end-to-end quarterly sales incentive calculation and payment process within Xactly Incent and ensure its accuracy
Establish ongoing sales incentive performance analyses to identify trends, outliers, and areas for greater efficiencies


What you need to bring:

The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of operational / analytical experience along with…

o Experience running Salesforce dashboards & reports

o MS Excel skills (sumifs, countifs, vlookup).

o Experience modeling problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization).

o 4-Year Degree
