LaunchDarkly is hiring an experienced leader in marketing to help us define and own our category. You’ll own the strategy, team, and budget to find, engage, and educate the right buyers. You’ll also be responsible for driving the overall customer journey starting from lead volume all the way through to building strong customer advocates as part of a robust community and ecosystem. You’ll report to the CEO.
You will own the overall top-of-funnel number and conversion metrics for creating qualified sales opportunities.
You will optimize go-to-market strategy using buyer personas and target market segments.
You’ll be responsible for the marketing execution plan and overall marketing budget.
As marketing leader, you will be responsible for managing the existing marketing team, as well as hiring and mentoring new team members to execute on the go-to-market plan
Align with sales and product on product functionality, lead quality, and go-to-market
Minimum 5+ years of owning overall marketing programs in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience with agile software development processes and tools
5+ years experience managing and leading a team
Experience managing a budget and optimizing CPL to LTV
