We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Development Rep (ISDR) to join our team. This position sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales in our organization. You’ll learn how to apply best practices, your creativity and the latest tools to identify, contact and qualify leads who fit our target customer profile. A successful candidate will be a strong communicator as well as organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious. This role has a high potential for growth into multiple departments within LaunchDarkly.
What you'll do:
Reach out to and follow up with leads from a variety of sources, including website, Intercom and events
Interact with and qualify inbound leads
Conduct research on opportunities to empower sales teams before meetings
Assist Sales and Marketing with projects that help drive revenue growth
Manage and optimize lead flows and pipelines using industry best practices, our CRM system and the latest tools
