Sr. Sales Manager/Director at Vineti

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager who can work in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will help drive sales of a mission-critical software for a medical cell therapy service.
What You'll be Doing:
Mapping the target customers for our software. In collaboration with our marketing team, identify and prioritize potential target customers for Vineti
Developing and closing customer accounts. Support all aspects of the sale cycle, including presenting Vineti to potential customers and demonstrating our product
Promoting Vineti at industry events. You will participate in conferences to promote Vineti and identify leads
Respond and participate in customer selections. Support crafting responses to Request for Proposal
Manage and update sales materials. Evolve our standard sales presentations and proposals based on lessons learned from each sales interaction

The Following Experience and Skills are Important to us:
Selling or consulting to the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. Working 3-5 years selling services or software. A focus on commercial operations a plus
Superior presentation and writing skills
Self-motivated and persistent
Collaborative. Ability to leverage marketing, customer success, and product teams to support the sales effort where needed
Relationship Building. Can easily establish trusting relationships with new prospects, undnerstand their challenges and matching their needs to our product
Startup life. Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
Open to travel. Up to 50% travel throughout North America to run sales meetings or workshops
