We’re looking for a Sales Development Rep to join our sales team in Oakland. We are looking for our first Sales Development Representative to pioneer how we source potential customers. You will be responsible for finding and creating opportunities for our Account Executives. You will also conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their technical issues and their operations. You should be a self-starter who works well with little supervision and be comfortable wearing multiple hats. You'll report to the VP Sales.
What you'll do:

Find, prospect, nurture and qualify new leads
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product, process, and the market
Participate in Sales and Marketing initiatives to help drive revenue growth
Research prospects and their companies to empower the sales team before qualification meetings
Track and keep up-to-date all prospect information in Salesforce.com
Who you are:

Minimum of 1+ years post-grad work experience
Be an exceptional written and spoken communicator
Be highly organized and autonomous
Be comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization
Exhibit entrepreneurial and self-motivational qualities
Be intellectually curious and ambitious
