Doximity Talent Finder, the platform that enables social physician recruiting on Doximity, is hiring for a results-oriented Client Success Manager to build strong, trusted partnerships with Doximity's healthcare clients.

You've managed client accounts before and are comfortable owning your own accounts with a lot of autonomy. You're ready to embrace a fast-paced, tech savvy, non-corporate environment. Client Success Managers are dedicated to helping our clients achieve success defining, implementing, and realizing talent needs and goals. You will become an expert in the Doximity product suite, will partner with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify at-risk accounts to contribute to a high rate of subscription renewals. It will take a strong communicator to be successful in this role. Location is flexible with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Cultivating and managing all aspects of relationships with new and existing clients on assigned accounts
Sharing your expertise in healthcare with our clients to drive their recruitment campaigns
Understanding client business objectives and supporting them as their primary contact within Doximity
Responsible and accountable for the successful fulfillment and completion of all client contracts within original contract terms from program kickoff to renewal and expansion
Strategically partnering with sales to position for upsell and renewal opportunities
Producing client reports and working with sales partners to present results to clients
Assisting in maintaining and improving internal documents and communication processes
Required Experience & Skills:
Success being personally accountable for and exceeding assigned client and project expectations
Exceptional attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills
Experience developing, tracking and analyzing email campaign, utilizing copywriting and data analysis skills
Highly organized, able to coordinate large amounts of information across multiple projects (and timezones!)
Enthusiasm to help grow our business and be an energetic team player
Willingness to travel to client meetings, conferences and company offsites (estimated 20%)
Can work independently and solve problems creatively
Experience working with Excel and Keynote/PowerPoint
BS/BA 4 year degree
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Prior experience working remotely
2-5 years of work experience in client success, account management or physician recruitment
Prior experience in healthcare from a client, recruitment, clinical or marketing perspective
