Product Manager, Growth at Doximity

Doximity is seeking a Product Manager for our Growth team. You will be responsible for managing products and initiatives that grow and engage Doximity's core user base, physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Product managers who succeed on the Growth team are comfortable working at the intersection of data science, engineering, product and marketing. You’ll gather requirements through data analysis, market research and user interviews, create specs, lead teams in developing product and measure the results.

Identify, assess and scope new product opportunities to grow Doximity's network
Own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics to measure those goals
Organize weekly sprints and be the "un-blocker" for the team
Drive feature development from conception to launch and optimization
Prepare detailed specs that meet user needs, create a positive user experience, and ensure the maximum benefit to both users and the business
Build consensus on strategy, design, and technical decisions
Communicate readily with all internal stakeholders as product or process changes are made
Measure product results and identify opportunities for continual improvement
Preferred Qualities & Skills
4+ years of relevant experience as a product manager
Looking for a startup environment that smartly and quickly delivers new features to market, are low on ego and high on desire to win
Mastery of SQL, scripting languages and the ability to dive into data in order to find the root of behavioral patterns or issues
Passion for design and building simple, intuitive user experiences
Excellent written, verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and balance priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Familiarity with web-based product development using Agile methodologies
Proven track record of leading and motivating small teams
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
A computer science, related technical degree or equivalent experience is required
