We are in search for a Technical Product Manager who loves to work closely with Agile development teams to build new features and products for Cylance's Consumer division. Candidates must have a collaborative style with a strong sense of urgency and desire to get things done.
Designs, defines, and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from user story definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life.
Close interaction with research and engineering is necessary as part of the Agile process which requires frequent project / sprint reviews during development to clarify and adjust features and their priorities for the team.
Strong customer focus, drive competitive analysis through technology and market research, ability to work Agile process as a Product Owner, develop and manage roadmaps and interact with engineering to guide them on requirements.
Must have 2-5 years of proven experience in a software product management role, with an emphasis on security being highly desirable
Must have a strong technical background
Security relevant experience or knowledge is highly desirable
Strong analytical and research capabilities to evaluate opportunities and challenges and uncover new customer insights to improve product functionality and user experience
Ability to translate business objectives into technical product requirements for development
Excellent knowledge of the new technology trends and its applications for innovating in the market place.
Ability to innovate, develop and execute on the company's vision and strategy
Experience with Web, Mobile, and native Windows & Mac products
Strong business acumen is desired with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
Agile Product Owner experience is desired
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Requires some travel (~20-40%)
