LendKey works with hundreds of credit unions and banks to conduct their education and home improvement loan programs.

The Manager of Learning & Development will be responsible for establishing LendKey University, and developing an effective business-focused training curriculum that is aligned with our culture & customer service philosophy. LendKey University will help drive the recruitment, retention, and development of top talent & our current staff.

What You Would Do:

Become an expert on all facets of LendKey’s business, work with key stakeholders, and maintain expert knowledge to establish LendKey University--a learning management program to educate staff
Own the training program design for both new-hire orientation & current staff across the organization
Manage training vendor selection and management, use a wide range of educational technology to continuously push the envelope to think of new ways to facilitate training through blended delivery methods
Manage budget for training and curriculum design programs
Design and create engaging eLearning and non-digital curriculum, delivered via classroom, webinar, eLearning, and video-led training channels
Define learning outcomes that are measurable and performance-based
Provide support & instruction to managers who will participate in the delivery of training (train the trainer)
Review and maintain all training programs on a documented cycle frequency; update and maintain learning catalog in accordance with changes
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on LendKey products, business, and processes

5-10 years in training program curriculum design, corporate education, or related space
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology or related area preferred
Experience working with wide range of training vendors across wide range of training channels
Experience managing a training & curriculum design budget
Project management experience
Strong understanding of Instructional design process
Highly attuned to detail and extremely organized
Demonstrated experience leveraging excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
