Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage multiple staff.
Manage AP and Procurement processes in a SOX compliant environment.
Work with vendors and internal customers. Excellent communication skills.
Review employee expense reimbursements and ensure that all are properly authorized for payment.
Maintain W-9 files and manage annual 1099 and 1096 filings. Maintain vendor master records.
Perform Monthly General Ledger reconciliations as assigned. Responsible for the accrual process.
Manage year end audit related to AP and Procurement.
Manage credit cards.
Train and manage staff accountants to perform AP duties as required.
Required Skills & Experience
Required knowledge of major financial ERPs (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Great Plains).
Public company experience required.
