Project Coordinator, Sales at Katerra

Responsible for daily coordination of administrative functions between outside sales, sales engineering, and other needed departments. Daily activities include; assist Sales team in creating Tier I basis proposals, creating production paperwork for Tier II Proposals, customer service (with employees and customers alike) and general coordination duties. To assist in coordination with builder/customer work schedules, production (in conjunction with Production Manager), installation and service. Maintain schedule documents and service requests in electronic scheduler system. Act as liaison between Sales Team, Sales Engineer and Sales Project Managers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Become primary Liaison between Sales, Sales Engineer, Sales PM & Other Necessary Departments of Katerra.
Manage projects through front end scheduling and proposal phases
Maintain job tracking with current and accurate information
Support sales staff in maintaining relationship with clients, builder and designers
Work with Sales Engineer & Sales PM to develop information to hand off to production
Create work orders from project contracts and sales documentation
Review with sales project documentation for clarity and accuracy
Performs other duties as assigned.
Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas.
Required Skills & Experience
4-7 years of experience in the scheduling and project management
Understand the construction process
Able to understand Construction Documents
Needs to take pride in their work
Proficiency in organizing and attention to detail
The ability to follow a schedule and meet deadlines
Solid work ethic
The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Good communication skills & professional presence
Must be prudent, ethical, and use good judgment
Must be self-motivated
Must be problem solver
Able to work longer hours if need be
