Performs administrative duties for executive management.

What You Will Do
Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership team: Manage calendar , prep/follow-up meetings, travel arrangements; prepare expense reports accurately and in a timely manner and financial documents for review and approval 
Board of Directors liaison: Handle all logistical arrangements for board meetings, work with admins and other board members to set annual master calendar, help prepare and distribute meeting materials, establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Board Members and their support staffs
Plan all corporate events for the company (annual Holiday Party, annual Summer BBQ, monthly lunches)
Manage the office housekeeping and supplies
Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail/packages and assist with FedEx and courier shipments
Scan and file confidential documents
Procure new and exciting company swag  
Manage employee onboarding and off boarding
Serve as the backup for the Recruiting Coordinator
Assist with other HR projects as needed
Clean and maintain kitchen area and restock: snacks, soda, water, coffee stations
Work with Zerocater to order lunch
Place weekly or bi-weekly instacart order
Greet all office guests with warmth and professional courtesy 
Coordinate Townhall meetings 
Notify the staff of changes/issues (that can affect the entire office) relating to the office space, office building or general office vicinity (e.g. fire drills, elevator issues, parking, road closures, etc.) 
Other administrative tasks as required
What You Have Done
2 - 5 years of relevant Administrative/HR experience at a fast-paced company (preferably a start-up company)
Ability to work with sensitive/ confidential information and maintain and protect the integrity of the HR department
Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized and able to multitask
Ability to work individually and as part of a team; an articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skill
Enjoy the ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to prioritize multiple project
Self-starter attitude - you aggressively tackle your work and love the responsibility of being individually empowered
Highly proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
