We are looking for a HR Associate who will work with teams across the company to create exceptional employee experience from the moment they join our company. Working in HR requires hard work, flawless communication, a passion for the company and its people as well as a natural ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
What You Will Do
Implement, integrate and maintain our new HRIS system
Onboard new Livongo employees
Manage open enrollment and employee benefits
Communicate and train employees on new HR tools, programs and processes
Plan internal and external events that promote with employer brand, camaraderie and continued learning
Assist with annual performance reviews and ongoing feedback sessions
Represent Livongo with integrity and professionalism
What You Have Done
2- 5 years of professional experience; specific recruiting or HR experience in Bay Area hi-tech preferred
Proven ability to collaborate well with others
Honed organizational and efficiency skills in a fast-paced work environment
Excelled with written, oral, and interpersonal communication
Experience with Namely (HRIS) a plus
You are great with people and care deeply about an employee’s success. You should be interested in both Recruiting and HR as this role will give you an opportunity to develop in both areas. You will need to be a self-starter as we are a scrappy startup, making a big impact.
