Marketing Development Representative at RichRelevance

The Market Development Representative “MDR" is actively engaging with new prospects about the opportunities with RichRelevance. This person will navigate target accounts and qualify inbound inquiries. Most often, this person represents the initial point of contact between RichRelevance and a potential customer. The MDR will work within the sales organization to fill the RichRelevance pipeline with qualified opportunities and establish meetings for the direct sales team.

Responsibilities:

Educate and qualify prospects within Target Accounts --- developing sales-ready leads and opportunities
Connect with prospects by phone and email --- using Salesforce as system of record
Timely follow up to inbound website inquiries, marketing qualified leads and referrals
Work closely with account reps to identify key players and accounts to develop
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota
In partnership with Marketing, drive demand through focused telephone campaigns, email outreach and other innovative demand generation activities
Demonstrate the ability to address each customer's unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer's specific needs and interests
Research organizations and relationships between prospects to create a penetration strategy
Develop and revise calling scripts and qualification criteria
Understand the Personalization industry and its competition
