Overview of the Role

The Operations Manager will work closely with our 140+ (and growing!) field force and leadership team to deliver a best in class experience to both our customers & field employees. You will be responsible for end-to-end design and implementation of business processes that will scale with our customer and technology solutions. You will have a chance to own and influence key profitability drivers such as Ops Contribution Margin, Field Utilization, Spend Categories, Retention, Satisfaction, and Acquisition Costs.

This role is highly dynamic and cross functional as our business is rapidly evolving. You will work directly with Field employees, Customers, Product, Engineering, Recruiting, Customer Experience, Sales, and Supply Operations. You’ll see the impact of your work on a daily basis and have the unique opportunity to learn how a company functions inside out.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end development of high performance and scalable business processes utilizing technology to support our growth
Implement processes across 140+ employees in Bay Area, as well as expansion markets such as LA, San Diego, and beyond California
Collaborate cross-functionally with ezhome teams: Product, Engineering, Recruiting, Customer Experience, Sales, and Supply Operations to formulate and implement new initiatives
Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor progress
Establish an approach for continuous improvement of existing business processes
Make us all more efficient while having fun :)
Desired Skills and Experience

Must Have:

2+ years experience in management consulting or operations role
Experience designing, optimizing, automating, and delivering complex business processes
Analytical skills, including data collection, modeling, and reporting
Ability to rapidly learn and willingness to dive into all areas of the company
Attention to detail and follow up on implementation
Collaborative and flexible attitude
BS/BA degree in technical field
Nice to Have:

MBA
Prior experience working with a blue collar workforce
Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
SQL knowledge
