Operations Assistant at Talkdesk

Talkdesk is seeking an Operations Assistant that is highly motivated, organized, and can tackle obstacles with grace. This is the perfect role for an entry-level applicant looking to gain experience in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Executive Team to support their day to day business needs
Coordinate logistics for meetings, offsites, events and all-hands
Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Partner with People to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Arrange executive travel (domestic and international)
Ensure guests are welcomed into our office
Assist with office events and functions
Run errands, as needed
Special projects, as needed
Requirements:

1+ years of office or operations experience
Tech savvy including experience working with Google applications
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule in support of operations
Self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team player; always willing to jump in when needed
Excited to be part of a fast-growing startup
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Ability to prioritize and appropriately schedule assignments or tasks to meet established deadlines
