We’re looking for a world-class Manager of Demand Generation to help us continue on our hyper-growth trajectory and shape the future of Talkdesk.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programs, the Manager of Demand Generation is charged with helping establish a scalable lead generation strategy for a B2B SaaS business entering an accelerated growth stage. This is a rare opportunity to help build something from the ground up and see it grow quickly. Experience in fast-paced environments and a proven track record of building and leading high performance teams is critical to this role. The successful candidate will be results-driven, and comfortable with both the analytical and creative sides of acquisition marketing.


Work with a team of marketers to drive key business metrics including MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities and Revenue
Manage the development, execution and optimization of lead generation, nurturing and paid customer acquisition campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team and forge strong communication and SLAs between marketing and sales
Demonstrate a strong understanding of key SaaS business metrics, and use those metrics to set target CPA thresholds per customer segment
Oversee search marketing efforts, ensure we are optimizing keyword and bid strategies, continually improving ad copy, and A/B testing landing pages to deliver the maximum return on our investment
Help drive the strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs to generate additional demand

4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
Big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail; you will need to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into an acquisition strategy and help guide the team through execution
A strong understanding of digital acquisition channels, including display, search, social and content sponsorships
Familiarity with event sponsorships/marketing
A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition
