We’re looking for a world-class content marketing manager to help us continue on our hyper-growth trajectory and shape the future of Talkdesk.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to help define marketing objectives and execute our content marketing strategy
Conduct keyword research for SEO-focused content development
Develop SEO-optimized blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, newsletters and guides on a variety of business, sales, customer service and call center topics
Collaborate with our marketing team to create content for product launches, press releases and events
Become an expert and thought-leader on topics that are relevant to our organization
Define KPIs, measure performance and optimize accordingly
Collaborate with our design team to produce the highest quality deliverables
Requirements:

3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
Proven ability to produce high quality content at a fast pace
Passionate about developing informative content that is SEO optimized
A solid understanding of SEO best practices
Strong analytical and research skills
The ability to quickly understand complex topics and emerging technologies
Experience with WordPress preferred
Experience with Marketo a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor’s degree
