Overview of the Role
The growth team is the driver of ezhome’s success. In this role you’ll work in a remote setting with a diverse team of world class engineers. As a team we love metrics, fast paced execution, and we are all about measuring and optimizing everything that we do. As a growth engineer you’ll be building features, running A/B tests, and analyzing data to accelerate customer acquisition and along the way you will learn some of the best techniques around conversion optimization, viral loops, and data analytics.

While contributing as an individual engineer, manage and lead a team of remote, young, talented engineers
Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-quality software.
Write highly organized, maintainable code
Implement complex A/B tests and collect data for analysis
5+ years experience in software architecture and engineering best practices.
3+ years experience in Python and Django
Excellent English communication skills
Experience with mobile apps development
Strong unit test and debugging skills.
Nice to have
MS degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar technical field
Familiarity with canary releases, feature toggles, and other modern deployment techniques.
Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
Experience leading a team of engineers
Experience working in a distributed team
Experience with Scrum or other agile development process.
