Marketing Automation Specialist at 4INFO

The Marketing Automation Specialist will play an influential role within 4INFO’s marketing team. In this position, you will own responsibility for our Marketo and Salesforce implementations. Our ideal candidate is expert in getting the most out of marketing automation systems to fuel innovative and effective marketing campaigns, as well as able to create a solid operating infrastructure for our leads, database, reporting and analytics. You should be an analytical and operational thinker, naturally curious and interested in creating new best in class leading edge marketing methods and processes.

What you will do:
• Marketo Campaign Execution – Operationalize marketing campaigns between Marketo and Salesforce
• SFDC Administration – Own SFDC and collaborate across the organization to define data collection needs, implement in SFDC, and monitor data entry compliance and information gaps
• Automate Workflows – Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify key gaps in current processes and systems, and optimize workflows for marketing and sales productivity
• Measurement, Tracking, Reporting – Configure analytics tools to capture and analyze programmatic data. Extract and share actionable insights with team
• Lead Management – Maintain, enhance and optimize our lead management process in coordination with the sales and marketing teams
• Database Hygiene – Work with team to maintain database health - ensure data cleanliness and completeness leveraging tools in Marketo, Salesforce and other elements of the marketing stack

• 3+ years of marketing operations experience
• High level of proficiency using Marketo and Salesforce (ideally a Marketo Certified Expert and experience as a SFDC admin)
• Efficiently work with email and newsletter templates within Marketo to prep and deliver communications to all databases; HTML experience to modify templates as required
• Strong quantitative analysis skills. The ability to develop analytics and reports that collect intelligence on channel effectiveness and other key metrics
• Ability to take complex information, analyze, and present in an easily understood manner
• Excellent at planning and project management – ability to look ahead to meet regular deadlines and predict and prevent last minute fire drills
• Service-oriented attitude toward external and internal audiences

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field a plus
• Advertising, ad tech or digital industry experience a plus
