Job Summary:
SugarCRM is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant with a high level of professionalism and desire to work in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment. The highly-motivated candidate will be responsible for all daily administrative tasks, as well as operational and project coordination activities as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is very motivated, hardworking, articulate, and organized. The team member in this position will work closely with and support our engineering department. This position will be highly visible in the organization and will partner directly with two executives, and work closely with all other senior staff, executive admins, and various team members throughout the company.


Deliver extraordinary customer relationships
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting product team leadership and their teams
Must have high energy and enjoy extremely high pace and rapid change
Experience working in a creative or technical environment
Expert in scheduling and shuffling meetings/priorities
Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented
Must be reliable, consistent and punctual with a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness – must use good judgment and discretion as needed
Experience with coordinating international travel, event planning and management, setup and running meetings
Order & expense processing, basic understanding of budgeting
Ability to work independently, or as a team member, while maintaining focus and productivity
Articulate, diplomatic, and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
Attentive and available as issues arise
Ability to handle any responsibility calmly while under pressure
Proactive, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills – a “do whatever it takes” attitude
Familiar with Tech and use it in your daily life
Outlook, Google Docs, Travel sites, social media, etc.
Respect and expect accountability
