We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Team at Planet. Ideal candidates will have a mix of curiosity, passion and warmth along with a drive for excellence. We find the talent that drives our company’s success.


  • Coordinate Recruiting Activities in partnership with Recruiters
  • Drafting Job Descriptions, Job Postings and other Recruiting documents
  • Own the candidate experience with a keen eye to detail, candidate feedback and interview day experience
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Head of Recruiting 
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist in the on-boarding process
  • Organizing recruiting events
  • Coordinate candidate travel 

Must Haves

  • Proven work experience in a recruiting or coordinator role
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Greenhouse)
  • Basic understanding of recruiting best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions when others would give up 
  • Natural collaboration and strong communication skills in English 
  • B.S. degree
